Follow the quick steps below to learn how to integrate DocuSign with easy.jobs and get the documents signed online.
Step 1: Log in to Your easy.jobs Dashboard #
First, log in to your easy.jobs dashboard. From your dashboard, go to ‘Settings’ → ‘Others’ → ‘Integration’.
Step 2: Configure easy.jobs with DocuSign #
Click on the ‘Configure’ button on the DocuSign card. A DocuSign pop-up will open.
First, choose your Account Type in the DocuSign Account. Select ‘Demo / Sandbox Account’ for testing or ‘Live / Production Account’ for real use. The Endpoint URL updates automatically based on the option you select.

Next, enter your DocuSign credentials: Account Base URL, API Account ID, Integration Key, and Secret Key.
Note: You can get these Keys from the ‘Here’ link at the top of the pop-up. It will redirect you to the Apps and Keys Settings in the DocuSign app if you are already logged in there.

Copy the provided Redirect URL for OAuth into your DocuSign app while adding an Apps and Integration Key in the Redirect URIs detail to integrate with your easy.jobs account.

Finally, click the ‘Save & Connect’ button, and your DocuSign account will be connected to easy.jobs.

Step 3: Send The Document to The Candidate #
Now, go to the ‘Candidates’ tab. Select the candidate to whom you want to send the document for signing. Click on the ‘View Details’ button. Change the Pipeline Setup to either Selected or rejected, as displayed below.
A new pop-up will appear now. Click on the ‘Choose Template From DocuSign’ dropdown and select the template. Choose the ‘Joining Date’ when you want to recruit the candidate, along with information about Salary, Provision Period, etc. Click on the ‘Onboard’ button now.
An email will now be sent to the candidate where they can sign the document. Once the candidate clicks on the ‘Review Document’ button, they will be able to sign the document and complete the process.

The candidate can either draw or upload their signature in the document as needed, as displayed below.
