How To Select A Candidate From easy.jobs Dashboard? #

Step 1: Set Up Candidate Onboard Settings #
First, you need to click on the applicant profile you want to select. Click on the ‘Applied’ drop-down and hit the ‘Selected’ option.
Step 2: Configure Candidate Onboard Form #
When you click on the ‘Selected’ option, a pop-up form will appear. Give necessary information for ‘Joining Date,’ ‘Assigned Salary’ and ‘Probation Period’.
Step 3: Upload Your Contract Document #
By clicking on ‘Upload Contact Document’ you can upload the agreement letter, appointment letter, or contract paper. If you do not want to send an email for this to the candidates, you can simply tick the check box from below. Your team members can easily see the selected candidate’s profile and the contract document altogether.
Step 4: Customize The Onboarding Email #
If you want to send an onboarding email to the candidate, hit the ‘Email Preview’ button. Now, customize the ‘Email Subject’ and ‘Email Body’ of the onboarding email before sending it to your candidate. You can add a CC from there as well. After customizing the email, click on the ‘Onboard’ button.
