easy.jobs is owned and operated by EasyJobs, Inc. (or we or us).

You need not be a member of easy.jobs to access the site or use the content or services. However, access to some areas of easy.jobs and some content and services may also be restricted to members only.

a statement by you, that you warrant that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
4. Trade Marks
The trade marks, logos, service marks and trade names (collectively the Trade Marks) displayed on easy.jobs, or on content available through easy.jobs, are registered and unregistered Trade Marks of EasyJobs, Inc. and others.
Nothing contained on easy.jobs should be construed as granting expressly or by implication any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Sites without the written permission of EasyJobs, Inc. or the third party that may own the applicable Trademark.
5. Changes to Terms of and Conditions
EasyJobs, Inc. may, at its sole discretion, revise or change these Terms and Conditions (in whole or in part) from time to time and at any time without notice to you.
Changes in the Terms and Conditions will be effective when posted by us on easy.jobs.
Your continued use of easy.jobs and/or the services made available on or through the site after any changes to the Terms and Conditions are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes.

7. Linking to the Sites
You agree that if you include a link from any other web site to easy.jobs, such link must link to the full version of an HTML formatted page of easy.jobs.

9. Modifying and Terminating our Services
We may add or remove functionalities or features in easy.jobs, and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether.
You can stop using our Services at any time, although we’ll be sorry to see you go. EasyJobs, Inc. may also stop providing Services to you, or add or create new limits to our Services at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of EasyJobs, Inc., and its suppliers and distributors, for any claim under these terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid us to use the services (or, if we choose, to supplying you the services again).
In all cases, EasyJobs, Inc., and its suppliers and distributors, will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable.
12. Business uses of our Services
If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify EasyJobs, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees.
