How to Connect easy.jobs to Your AI Assistant (5 Simple Steps)
Before you start, you will need:
- An easy.jobs Pro plan (MCP is not available on the Free plan)
- Admin-level access (the Settings → Others permission, which admins usually have)
- An AI assistant that supports custom connectors
Step 1: Turn on MCP Access
Sign in to your easy.jobs dashboard and go to Настройки → Дополнительно → MCP. In the AI assistants section, switch on Enable MCP access. The status changes from “Off” to “Active.”

Step 3: Add the Connector
Using Claude as an example: click Copy URL & open Claude, and the “Add custom connector” window opens. If you use the Claude desktop app, you can also find it under Customize → Connectors → Add → Add custom connector. Name it easy.jobs, paste the URL, and click Добавлять.

Is It Safe? How easy.jobs Keeps You in Control
Hiring data is personal and important. If you are wondering “Can I really trust an AI with this?”, that is exactly the right question. Here is how easy.jobs MCP is designed to protect you.
1. Changes are off by default. Nothing can be changed until you choose to switch it on. You can use view-only access for as long as you like.
2. Every action is previewed first. Before your assistant creates, changes or sends anything, it shows you a preview and waits for your “Yes.” The preview also tells you whether an email will go out to a candidate.
3. The AI cannot delete anything. Your assistant cannot delete jobs or candidates. For safety, a few other actions also stay in the dashboard: adding job images or banners, editing hiring stages, and unpublishing or archiving jobs.
4. It follows your permissions. Your assistant can only see and do what you are allowed to do in easy.jobs. If your role changes, what the assistant can do changes with it.
5. Admins can switch it off in one click. Turn off Enable MCP access and every connected app stops being able to read or change anything. Everyone stays signed in, so nobody has to reconnect when you turn it back on. You can also revoke a single connected app, which signs it out instantly for everyone in your company and in any other easy.jobs companies they manage.
6. You can see what is happening. Under Settings → Advanced → MCP, admins can see which apps are connected, who is using them, what actions were taken in the last 30 days, and how often those actions succeeded.
7. You always make the decision. Your assistant can summarize and compare candidates, but you always make the hiring decision. AI summaries can be wrong or incomplete, so read the resume and answer yourself before you reject or hire anyone.

Your assistant never sends anything without your approval, and the preview always tells you if an email is involved. Here is when candidates may receive an email, after you approve:

A note about your AI tool’s plan: Some AI assistants limit custom connectors on their free plans. For example, Claude’s free plan allows one custom connector, and ChatGPT’s support for custom MCP connections depends on your ChatGPT plan. If the connection option is missing on the AI side, check your AI tool’s plan. Those limits come from the AI provider, not from easy.jobs.
