How to Select A Candidate from easy.jobs Dashboard?<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

See how easily you can select any candidate who has already applied to the job post with a step-by-step process. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Set Up Candidate Onboard Settings<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

First, you need to click on the applicant profile you want to select. Click on the \u2018Applied<\/strong>\u2019 drop-down and hit the \u2018valgt<\/strong>\u2019 option.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: Configure Candidate Onboard Form <\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

When you click on the \u2018Selected\u2019 option, a pop-up form will appear. Give necessary information for \u2018Joining Date<\/strong>,\u2019 \u2018Assigned Salary<\/strong>'og'Probation Period\u2019<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3: Upload Your Contract Document <\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

By clicking on \u2018Upload Contact Document<\/strong>\u2019 you can upload the agreement letter, appointment letter, or contract paper. If you do not want to send an email for this to the candidates, you can simply tick the check box from below. Step 4: Customize The Onboarding Email<\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you want to send an onboarding email to the candidate, hit the \u2018Email Preview<\/strong>\u2019 button. Now, customize the \u2018e-post<\/strong> Emne<\/strong>'og'Email Body<\/strong>\u2019 of the onboarding email before sending it to your candidate. You can add a CC<\/strong> from there as well. After customizing the email, click on the \u2018Onboard<\/strong>\u2019 button. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
