Follow this step-by-step guideline to add candidates manually in Easy.Jobs:<\/p>\n

Trinn 1:<\/b> Add Candidates To Published Jobs<\/b><\/h2>\n

Log in to your Easy.Jobs account. Click on <\/span>\u2018Jobs\u2019<\/b> from the left sidebar menu as shown below.\u00a0 From here, click on the <\/span>'Kandidat'<\/b> button of the job for which you want to add a candidate manually.<\/span><\/p>\n

You will be redirected to a new page. Here, click on the <\/span>'Mer'<\/b> button from the top right corner of the page and select ‘Invite Candidate’<\/strong> from the drop-down.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 2: Enter Candidate Information<\/b><\/h2>\n

After clicking on the button from the previous step, a pop-up will appear. Here, enter your candidate\u2019s email address and then click <\/span>\u2018Invite\u2019<\/b>.

After that, you will be notified from the system with a message stating that your candidate has been successfully added. From the popup, you can also check out the previously invited candidates. If you send them a manual invitation, then click on the ‘Send’<\/strong> icon and the invitation will be instantly sent.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

How To Directly Onboard A Candidate From Pipeline?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

You can also onboard candidates manually from your dashboard. To do this, go to a job post campaign –> kandidater\u00a0<\/strong>and then navigate to a candidate’s profile you want to onboard directly. From the drop-down select the\u00a0‘Selected’<\/strong> button. A popup will appear. From there tick on the\u00a0‘<\/strong>Onboard without above information’<\/strong> option. Thus, you can directly onboard any candidates without sending any onboarding confirmation email.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
