easy.jobs<\/strong> is owned and operated by EasyJobs, Inc.<\/strong> (or we or us).
Your use of, and access to, easy.jobs indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>

1. Membership [OPTIONAL]<\/strong>
You need not be a member of easy.jobs to access the site or use the content or services. However, access to some areas of easy.jobs and some content and services may also be restricted to members only.
On becoming a member, you will be required to enter into a separate Membership Agreement.<\/p>

2. Proprietary Rights<\/strong>
Your use of easy.jobs does not grant to you any ownership or interest in any content, code, data or materials you may access on or through the site or any intellectual property rights subsisting any content, code, data or materials you may access on or through the site.

The trade marks, logos, service marks and trade names (collectively the Trade Marks) displayed on easy.jobs, or on content available through easy.jobs, are registered and unregistered Trade Marks of EasyJobs, Inc. and others.
Nothing contained on easy.jobs should be construed as granting expressly or by implication any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Sites without the written permission of EasyJobs, Inc. or the third party that may own the applicable Trademark.<\/p>

5. Changes to Terms of and Conditions<\/strong>
EasyJobs, Inc. may, at its sole discretion, revise or change these Terms and Conditions (in whole or in part) from time to time and at any time without notice to you.
Changes in the Terms and Conditions will be effective when posted by us on easy.jobs.

9. Modifying and Terminating our Services<\/strong>
We may add or remove functionalities or features in easy.jobs, and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether.

To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of EasyJobs, Inc., and its suppliers and distributors, for any claim under these terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid us to use the services (or, if we choose, to supplying you the services again).
In all cases, EasyJobs, Inc., and its suppliers and distributors, will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable.<\/p>

If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms.
